Preschool Registration Forms
Attached are the forms needed for Preschool Registration on March 9, 2018.
Barnesville Schools uses the online OneView system as a one-stop location for parents to connect with the school, update information, and fill out electronic forms. Parents of current preschool students who will be attending kindergarten next year will need to set up an account, or add your child to an existing account if you already have children in our school district.
For A New Account:
Go to the Barnesville Schools website: www.bevsd.org
Hover on Parents & Students.
Click on OneView.
Click on “Create a New Account.”
You will be taken to a page where you will create an account by providing your name, email address, account login id, password, forgot password question, forgot password answer, and a pin code. Then click on “Register & Begin” to get started.
Adding a New Student to an Existing Account:
If you have other students in our school district, please link your child to your existing account.
On the Dashboard, Click on Enroll New Student(s).
Click on the blue “Enroll a New Student” button.
Fill in First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Enrolling Grade.
Click on “Begin New Enrollment.”
Under Part One: Student Information: be sure to choose Next School Year for the “Enrollment is for” question.
For Updates Only:
If you only need to update registration information, please follow the steps below.
Go to www.bevsd.org.
Click on Parents & Students.
Login with username and password.
On the Dashboard, select “Submit & View Online Forms.” Then select “Student Demographics EMA.” Complete the updates and then select “Save and Submit to District.”
Complete updates for any other previously registered child.

Barnesville Exempted Village Schools Parental Notice
The asbestos containing materials management plan has been updated for the Barnesville Exempted Village School District by a state of Ohio accredited asbestos management planner. The management planner, Monit-Air Group Inc. inspected all the districts buildings for asbestos containing materials in accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). This notice is to let you know that Barnesville Exempted Village School District is in compliance with the AHERA regulations for asbestos containing materials. AHERA regulations require the school district to notify parents, teachers, staff and administrators of the management plan and that it is available for public inspection and review at the offices of the Barnesville Exempted Village Schools Board of Education during normal business hours. This plan is to be made available for inspection, without cost, within a reasonable period of time upon receiving a request for inspection. Copies of the management plan are available, at cost, from the District Board of Education office upon written request.
